The Department of MBA in association with Andhra Loyola College Alumni Association (ALCAA) organized a Drawing & Painting Competition on September 03 at Fr Devaiah Auditorium on the occasion of the canonization of Mother Teresa in the Vatican on September 04. The theme for the competition was 'Mother Teresa and her contribution to humanity'.

More than three hundred students from nearly thirty schools and colleges in the city participated in the event.
Books on Mother Teresa and cash prizes were given to winners by the chief guest Sri Gadde Ramamohan Rao, MLA - Vijayawada East. Certificates of Participation were distributed to all the participants.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to hone their organising skills. Rev Fr Dr A Rex Angelo SJ, Director - ALCAA and Vice-Principal (PG) and Rev Fr D Ravi Sekhar SJ, Rector - ALC supported the department in organizing the event. The event was widely reported by the Press.
